We are pleased to present one of our newest attractions - an endangered species carousel featuring many of the animals found right here at The Living Desert!

Marilyn's Merry-Go-Round can be found near the Gecko Gulch Playground just past the Miriam U. Hoover Discovery Center. Our carousel features 30 animals represented at The Living Desert, two chariots, and is wheelchair accessible. Animals include your favorite species such as Warthog, Lion, Jaguar, Giraffe, Zebra, Gazelle, Hummingbird, and Golden Eagle.

During regular park hours, the carousel is open from 10:00am to 4:30pm. The cost per ride is $2.00 and tickets can be purchased at the admissions window or at the carousel. Every child under 42 inches tall must be accompanied by an adult at no extra charge.
