Featuring exquisite modern design, catering kitchen, plein art gallery, and remarkable Tennity Board Room that opens to an outdoor Reception Garden and spacious Lurie Patio, the Building is highlighted by stunning desert landscaping, dramatic mountain views, sculptural waterfall, and palm trees. The Board Room features digital projector and screen, and an indoor/outdoor sound system which provides ambient music throughout the building and Patio. Animal encounters and shows thoroughly unique to the space may be arranged.

The Tennity Board Room is 1,368 sq ft (38' x 36') and can accommodate 100 seated and 150 standing; the Indoor Reception Area is 1,248 sq ft (52' x 24') and can accommodate 50 seated and 100 standing; the Reception Garden & Lurie Patio is 3,700 sq ft (100' x37') and can accommodate 150 seated and 250 standing. Restrooms are conveniently located inside the Reception Area, and adjacent to the Reception Garden.
*Evening rental of both the Board Room and Reception Garden includes use of the art gallery and indoor reception area, offering additional space. For weddings,
DAYTIME RATES:
$500 Day for Board Room, $1,250 for Board Room, Reception Garden, and Gallery.
EVENING RATES:
$1,000 Evening for Board Room, $2,500 for Board Room, Reception Garden, Gallery, and Indoor Reception Area.
Basic staffing is included for all rentals, which includes event coordination, parking lot attendant, maintenance, and security. Additional staffing fees may apply. All rental rates are for a 3-hour block. Extra hours may be added for a minimum fee of $250.00 per hour.
