Guest Experience Ambassador
The Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for creating a positive experience for all members and guests of The Living Desert. This position enthusiastically engages with the guests through quality guest engagement and genuine hospitality. The Guest Experience Ambassador serves as a first aid and general safety responder. This individual will listen to guest concerns, solve challenging situations proactively and will support the Senior Manager of Guest Relations and the Manager on Duty (MOD). The Guest Experience Ambassador will also support the facilities team by ensuring the grounds are tidy and presentable.
Must hold a valid California driver license and be insurable on The Living Desert's automobile policy. Must be an energetic self-starter with good communication skills and be willing to work with others in a team setting.
The candidate will be required to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, special events and major holidays. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
