Guest Experience Center Supervisor
Full Time – Guest Experience Center Supervisor
Assists with tactical implementation, focuses on subject expert specific duties (i.e. VIP bookings, membership, etc). Assists Sales Rep with guest questions, serving as a resource. Assists with training and handles escalated guest concerns when elevated from reservations. Assists with guest calls as necessary and answers guests’ email. Fullfills any orders via mail or email. Performs various assigned clerical duties. Accountable for all funds and transactions that are transacted during their shift in the Guest Experience Center. Responsible for producing and reporting key performance indicators.
Three years of practical experience in an office with busy phones. Customer service, or supervisory experience preferred. Must have the ability interact with a wide variety of people and to multi-task. Must be energetic, with good communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
