SPRING OVER TO WILDLIGHTS AT THE LIVING DESERT
Tickets on Sale Now for the New WildLights of SpringPALM DESERT/INDIAN WELLS, CA • March 16, 2021
The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens’ new WildLights of Spring is lighting up the evenings nightly now through March 28, 2021. Tickets are on sale at LivingDesert.org and advanced purchase is required.
During WildLights of Spring, guests of all ages will enjoy an illuminated journey around the Zoo with delightful light displays including cheetah, giraffe, and zebra animal sculptures, a dazzling giant gift, and the tunnel of lights synchronized to new, lively music.
Guests also will have vantages of select habitats including the emus of the Australian Adventures, and a portion of the African Safari loop will be open for spotting cheetahs, zebras, African wild dogs, and other animals. Carousel rides and making s’mores around a fire are available for additional fees, and food and refreshments are available for purchase.
“We are thrilled to present WildLights of Spring, offering a fun, safe, family-friendly way to enjoy the dazzling lights and other sights and sounds of the Zoo during the evening,” said Mark Miller, Director of Park Services and Guest Relations at The Living Desert. “Tickets are selling quickly and space is limited, so guests are encouraged to reserve their tickets today.”
For the continued safety of guests and staff, The Living Desert has implemented numerous precautions including required advanced reservations, limited guest capacity, required face coverings for all guests three years and older, and easy access to numerous handwashing/sanitizing stations.
WildLights of Spring is presented by the H.N. and Frances C. Berger Foundation, with supporting sponsor HiTech Lights. The event is being held nightly through March 28, from 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m., with last admission at 9 p.m. Admission is $14 per person; $12 for members, military (with ID): $10 for children ages 3-12.
