Come join us for a one-hour Pilates mat class surrounded by the beauty of the Zoo. The class blends traditional Pilates with a modern touch — spirals, balance, body-brain connection, breath, and fluid motion.
Your instructor, Nigel Sampson, owner of Pilates EnergetiX, has over 30 years of experience in the movement world. Come move, learn, and enjoy a morning of mindful motion and fun.
Please Note: Participants will need to bring their own mats and towels.
