Let us bring the zoo to you
Beep Beep! Our Wildlife on Wheels, or “WOW” outreach program is rolling up to a street near you! The Living Desert animal care team, Zoo educators, and dynamic animal ambassadors will bring the Zoo to you to enhance your classroom, office, auditorium, community event, wedding or birthday party. We work hard to create a program that's as unique as your event!

The Living Desert is unable to guarantee specific animals for any event; however, we will do our best to accommodate.
School Events and Assemblies
- School assemblies are available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday only
- "WOW" program will only accommodate one school assembly per day at any one location
- School location must be within 50 miles of The Living Desert
- Programs are 45 mins, start at $540 and accommodate up to 200 students
- Assemblies include sound system setup (if needed)
- Early booking is encouraged; dates sell out quickly
- You are encouraged to book this program online as soon as you know your preferred date. Payment must be received 3 weeks in advance of scheduled date

Classroom Programs
- Programs are 35 minutes and cost $300 per program
- Classroom programs are available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday only
- Early booking is encouraged; dates sell out quickly
- You are encouraged to book this program online as soon as you know your preferred date. Payment must be received 3 weeks in advance of scheduled date

- Private events are available 7 days a week
- Private events are customizable
- Location must be within 50 miles of The Living Desert
- Programs start at $540
- Program must be booked and payment received at least 3 weeks in advance of your requested date
- Additional fees apply for after-hour programs

Bookings subject to availability. Due to the nature of these events, they cannot be booked online. We look forward to working with you to create your perfect event!
If you need to cancel your WOW, we ask that you do so at least seven days before your scheduled WOW in order to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your WOW it is non-refundable. Due to the educational nature of our program, WOW visits are best suited for audiences focused on learning.
