Earth Day
April 22nd, 9:00am - 12:00pm
This event is free for members or with paid park admission.
Join us on Saturday, April 22 from 9:00am – 12:00pm for a wonderfully wild Earth Day celebration. As you explore the Zoo, you'll be able visit conservation-themed stations throughout the park. At each station, you’ll be able do a fun hands-on activity, learn about pollinators and the animals that depend on them, see a desert tortoise up close, encourage others to help nature, and discover how you can help support wildlife and wild places all year long.
Be sure to keep an eye out for our special, limited-edition trading cards! These cards will feature iconic desert species, such as the monarch butterfly, desert tortoise, and western bluebird.
