Access your membership card on your phone
The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens membership cards are now digital! Members can access their digital membership card through a smartphone app, or they can save it to their digital wallet. Upon checking in to the Zoo, they must show it on their phone along with a Photo ID to gain entry.

Guardian Level members will continue to receive physical materials as well as the digital card option. If you are a Guardian Level member and have a question, please email [email protected].

Access Your Digital Card
Step 1: Download the App
Tap the appropriate button below to download the eMembership Card app or search for “eMembership Card” in your smartphone’s app store.
Step 2: Set up the App
- Open the app and search for “The Living Desert Zoo”.
- Tap on The Living Desert logo.
- Tap Find My Membership Cards and enter the primary member’s last name and membership number, located on the back of your current membership card.
- To add your membership card to your wallet: Verify your membership information and tap Download my cards.
Frequently Asked Questions
If I download my digital card, do I still need to have Guest Passes printed?
Yes, Guest Passes are not digital at this time. While advance tickets are not required, we do encourage members to reserve free member tickets for quicker entry. Members would need to print Guest Passes in advance of the day of the visit or can stop by Guest Services to have them printed.
I do not want digital cards and still want to receive the materials through mail. Is that possible?
Yes! If you would like to receive paper membership materials, please contact Guest Services at [email protected] .

Do I have to download the app, or can I save my membership card to my smartphone wallet?
Yes, you can download the membership card to your smartphone wallet, but you need to do it via the app. Once you download the card to your phone, you can delete the app.
There is a secondary member on my membership. How do they access their membership card?
A secondary member can download the digital membership card following the same process. They will need the membership number to locate the membership card.
I renewed or made changes to my membership, but my membership card has not been updated. How do I fix this?
Your membership materials will automatically update within 2-3 days after you renew. If they do not update, email [email protected]
I downloaded my card, but now I cannot find it. Where did it go?
Search in your app library for “eMembership Card”. You can add your card to your Apple or Google Wallet but will still need to use the app to access future digital guest passes.
