To begin the upgrade process, please complete the form below within 7 days of your visit.

Once you submit your form, a member of The Living Desert Guest Services office will call you to complete the information and collect the remaining balance for your membership. Your membership will be active once the final payment has been received.

How to Find Your Ticket Number

If you purchased your ticket in person, you can find your ticket number on either your admissions ticket or receipt. See below for an example.

About Applying Your General Admission Ticket Value

The amount of General Admission ticket value that can be credited toward your membership depends on: The membership level you choose and the number and type of tickets in your original order. You can only apply the value of tickets that would have been covered under your selected membership level.

Please note: WildLights, special events, field trips and third-party tickets cannot be applied toward memberships.

For Example:

If you visited with 4 adults and 3 children, and you’re upgrading to a Family membership (for 2 adults and 2 children), we can apply the value of 2 adults and 2 children toward your membership.
